John Allen  started in the voluntary benefits business with Gardner & White, and was involved in the sale and implementation of numerous voluntary benefit programs for their clients.

After 10 years, he moved to Aon Consulting as Vice President.  John joined EOI in May 2009 and is currently the Midwest Regional Marketing Director.
